My last two experiences with Rice have been negative so I have to remove my prior five star review and say that I’m going elsewhere for service.
Disappointed in visit. I have a 2016 Toyota + the Mapquest feature is no longer available 😦
the best service ever! the service was so good I bought 2 cars! both of my sales reps Jesse K and Diyani R. both listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate me in the purchase of my vehicles! it was the best experience ever and there was absolutely no hassle!
