Thanks to Andy and Jeremy for getting me into an awesome truck! These guys went above and beyond to get this done. They went the extra mile for sure and the experience was truly exceptional! Also a big thank you to Emily in finance! She is always so kind and helpful. She is willing to answer all questions and explain everything in detail. Everyone at Rice goes out of their way to be helpful and make sure that the customer feels appreciated and special. Go see these guys!!

Came in because of my check engine light coming on I dealt with JENNIFER in service like she is so amazing her customer service is over the top. My first time using this service center now I will not take my car anywhere else. Jennifer is really a jewel for you guys ❤️

I have a brand new 2020 Toyota Camry. I haven’t even had the car for a year yet and the battery goes dead. I call Rice to make sure it was still covered under my warranty and they proceed to tell me multiple times that it is not. After hours of going back and forth, I finally speak to someone that tells me it’s under warranty. They tell me they would have to keep my car for a few hours, maybe the day and they don’t offer me a loaner car to drive.

Toyota has laid out the warranty terms so the dealership doesn’t have to decide what is and what is not covered- that is all laid out by the manufacturer. I stopped in Rice Toyota to day to look at a Land Cruiser. The first thing they said was we need to copy you Drivers License. What, I just want to look, after I look I might want to dive, so then you can get my drivers license. I don’t give my drivers license out that easily, so I walked out. I suggest everyone else walk. There are a lot of other dealers who want to sell you a car. Rice just wants all my information, maybe to night pressure sell me. Not going to happen to me.

Was looking to see if I’d rather go with a suv or a truck and had an appointment and when we walked in no one greeted us until we stood there for about 5 minutes looking to see who we need to talk to. Finally the salesman that watched us walk in decided to say hey do you need help. When I told him I have an appointment he said oh check in over there. Hi Chelsea- our COVID regulations do make car shopping a little different than we are all used to. The NCADA rule is that if someone is in a vehicle that no one else should be in that vehicle for 3 days in an effort to stop the spread. We do take that very seriously and it can be surprising when a customer has gone to other dealerships that are not as vigilant. I was told on the phone that service would take c. 90 minutes. When I got here they said 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It has now been 3 hours and still waiting.

I bought a Highlander from Rice a few years ago and had a pretty good experience. My only issues were that I bought an extended warranty (never buy them) Bumper to bumper coverage they said. Not long after I bought the vehicle, my driver side visor kept falling down and blocking my vision. I called them to see if they would take care of it.
