No way!!! The service is awful, excuses after excuses.

Was very happy with the Rice Dealership. They honored my lifetime warranty for a muffler+labor purchase from 1998. And this was the third time they have replaced it. David kept me in the loop and they had free coffee and espresso while I waited. Very professional service.
service has gone way down hill. they sell vehicles equipped with toyoguard which in itself is trash. they have limited to no knowledge about it and when you show them the brochures they argue with you for an hour. if you dont want to honor it then try not selling it or advertising it...its really simple. go to modern in winston way better service.

Went to Rice Toyota to purchase a 4-runner, still waiting for someone to greet us. Left to shop elsewhere, guess we didn't fit their idea of a customer.
A Lady Friend of mines Bought A Car Signed The Bill of sale. She was told car was being shipped from Raleigh to Greensboro. Only to find out today that the car was sold. She met with Mary Rive who was very rude and and nasty to her. Mary Rice was unprofessional and cursing. Let me add my friend Credit score is 780 so buying a car is a small thing. But I wouldn't never recommend this dealership if it was the last Toyota dealership on earth. Avoid This At All Cost. There will be further action take as well....
