I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Rice in December also purchased a bumper to bumper 48 thousand mile warranty we’ll check engine light came on yesterday morning I took it to them they charged me $58.00 to tell me they couldn’t check it I needed to take it to Dodge dealership 🤦♂️. Not at all impressed. The salesman when I bought was great but not impressed with service.
I’m car shopping and you can guess all the frustration that entails. Patrick M made my experience wonderful. He’s super friendly and polite. All my questions were answered and I was given all the information I needed. Highly recommend coming to Rice Toyota and asking for him
A salesman, wait we can’t even call him that, a snake named Joseph took advantage of a young foreign couple who didn’t know any better by forcing them into the purchase of a Rav 4 they didn’t even want. It’s a sad day when people in sales prey upon those who are unknowing of certain sales practices and screw them over for a dollar! I hope Angelina and Phil are able to get some help to get their car back.
My wife got a brand new Toyota Rav4 since June 2015. Today, I am recommended to change car battery. I was shocked why I need to change a battery after three and half years. The lady explained is because battery vendor is not good. Finally, I spent more than 100 change battery. But, this is a VERY bad experience I never had. Also, I bought another new Scion XB before and drove 5 years without requesting to change battery. If someone can see it, please explain how often to change car battery.
