Myra is the best service representative at Ricart. Shes very patient and takes the time to explain what's necessary to fix your car. She made sure I had an uber to take me back, so my work day wouldnt be interupted. She also made sure uber picked me up after the repair was complete! We had a different car serviced there last year it was our first encounter with her and the level of service remained consistent.
My experience from the time I got online until I stepped foot on campus was amazing!!! Dez Walker was very patient and informative! He wasn't pushy at all and I appreciate that dearly!! He made this stressful situation go as smoothly as possible, he answered all my questions and he gave me many options for my budget and what I wanted to ultimately do! We paid in full, $21,499. 99 from Ricart Automotive Group on 9/20/2023 where we were not told several things up front: the moon roof motor was not working even though it was found in the point inspection at their dealership, it was not disclosed. There was also a Road Worthy Warranty for 30 days or 1st 1,000 miles (this was not told to us). Promised to buy new f-150 on Thursday. Stock #FTp 2260. Texted price, name address stock number to Ryan in sales and was told Monday Nov 6 was fine to pick it up. Drove 550 miles and two nights motel and meals just to be told by manager Jake they sold it on Friday. Very fine service there. Oh they were sorry. Not as sorry as we were.
I took my Ford 2018 f150 for automatic headlight issues and software updates. They said they software update would cost $175 and headlight diagnostic is $149. Unfortunately they did not fixed automatic headlight issue. Still headlight of my truck does not turn on automatically while driving in the dark. I need to do it manually. I purchased my Ford F-150 there 10 years ago and they've been servicing my car as well as my wife's Ford ever since. And now they are servicing my sons new to him Cadillac.
