I don’t think anyone in the service department knows how to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get answers to my questions. This was over 3 to 4 days no one return calls or communicated anything. Absolutely no care for your time or needs. Preston Powell did a great job finding us a car. He was friendly and patient with us as we looked. Answered our questions and if he was unsure of something not afraid to look into it for us. I went in there with an open mind to an extent and we probably walked around for 1.5 hours browsing inventory all over the lot until I felt like I got it narrowed down. Great experience. Vincent took his time and did not try to sell me on extra things I don’t need. He asked my budget and went straight in looking for the best car options for me and helped me with getting my payments down to decent price. I’ve bought from Ricart before and will again in the future. My last car lasted 6 years so I’m excited to see where my new car takes me. Thank you for being awesome.
NEVER BUY from this Dealer.I saw several vehicles being NEVER BUY from this Dealer. I saw several vehicles being marketed by this dealer on YouTube. I called to inquire about them. I was told, when speaking to them they were being sold at $9k over MSRP. I couldn't believe a dealer would be so bold. Absolutely "Unethical". I'd never trust them!!
Matt was very good at explaining the difference in the vehicles I was looking at. The credit department was understaffed that day so it took a little longer to get things rolling. But was overall satisfied with the outcome. Ending up purchasing a Ford F150 STX.

Bought a used truck from Ricart the truck had several issues. Ricart only offered to fix three of the 14 issues. Truck was in the service department for 5 weeks after I had just bought the truck. I picked the truck up from the service department on Thursday October 7th. Out of the three issues they offered to fix only two were fixed the third problem with my exhaust leaking the problem was not fixed properly and the exhaust is still leaking.
