I want to say thank you so very much to Aubrey Hansen and Ryan Marshall. On September 2nd my husband and I had two vehicles with trailers packed with all our belongings and were heading for Montana, which was to be our new home. We had an issue with our new f150. Aubrey and Ryan went out of their way to help us. They stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road safely. I have a new 2022 F150 with 750 miles on it check engine light comes on...420$ for a oxygen sensor..No point in ever taking my truck back there for service seems like bad business to lose a customer over a 100$ part for them. They are all smiles when they sell you but that's where it ends

Only interested in selling, not making anything right. Had issues with our used car 2 days after purchasing, 38 months & $6000 in repairs later, still having issues. After our family buying from them for years, we're done. They're more interested in selling than maintaining long buying relationships.

Great experience with Ricart! Drew was quick with his communication and set the right expectations. I traveled from Cincinnati to pick up my new Expedition and everything was set up the way requested. I would definitely give Ricart Ford my business again in the future!

I bought a used truck from the Ricart used car factory. I just performed the first oil change on the truck I bought over the Father's Day weekend. I found the oil filter to be extremely loose and leaking oil everywhere. The oil filter was so loose that I could remove it with my hand no tools needed at all to remove the filter. For anyone that reads these reviews I would not buy a vehicle from Ricart Ford at all. I have had nothing but trouble since the very first day and I am being extremely honest I mean the very first day ... read more
