Everyone was incredibly friendly when arriving and throughout our visit. Preston Powell was helpful from the moment we made first contact over the phone the night before our visit. He’s very knowledgeable of the cars he’s showing you. Makes sure to do his research. Very personable. Overall a good experience!
Preston Powell did an excellent job for us! He listened to what our needs were before showing us anything! He responded to my initial email within 1 hour. Preston also had 1 vehicle waiting for me just as he promised. Financing was fast and smooth! We got a Great car at a fair price.
Fair priced and conveniently located. We have bought our last three cars from ricart and probably continue to do so.

Cass Powers made the financing part of our first time buyer experience remarkable. He not only found us the best possible deal available, he used it as an opportunity to educate our fresh 16 year old on importance of managing money and credit. I don’t think anyone in the service department knows how to use a phone. I called for 3 days and could not get through to and advisor. Had to actually go over there and walk in , 2 different times to get answers to my questions. This was over 3 to 4 days no one return calls or communicated anything. Absolutely no care for your time or needs. Had a 8 am Tuesday appointment, dropped of on Monday night, at noon on Tuesday I begin to call to see what they found out, couldn’t get to through to anyone, no return calls. Went over t... read more
Preston Powell did a great job finding us a car. He was friendly and patient with us as we looked. Answered our questions and if he was unsure of something not afraid to look into it for us. I went in there with an open mind to an extent and we probably walked around for 1.5 hours browsing inventory all over the lot until I felt like I got it narrowed down.
