Dealt with Joshua Darrah and Ted at Newark,Ohio location. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained things well. Appreciated options they suggested, Great experience!

I took my ram 3500 in for a brake issue. Myra Shutts Nissan Advisor, handled my vehicle amazingly. She above and beyond to do her job and I really appreciate it. She had to order a part an informed me every couple of days of the status, which not many would do. I appreciate it very much Myra.

Ricart Ford was extremely helpful in helping us find a pre owned F150. The manager, Steve, was extremely helpful and made sure we left with a vehicle within our budget. Staff was friendly and they made us feel like home! We will definitely be coming back to Ricart!

I just wanna notify everyone that shops at the Ricart Ford used car factory that they don’t honor their car fax the Carfax are at least 2 to 3 months behind so when you buy a car there there’s a good chance that it could be wrecked and after you find out your 30 days is up and they don’t honor it Aaron White sales manager responded to me by saying it is what is so when i go to trade my car in high chances that my car is going to be a very low trade-in due to the car being wrecked and Reichard does not do any about so if you’... read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars. That would be my rating. They have had car for almost three months. Required to take a rental w/ mileage limits and fill up w/ gas. Is it my fault it took them three months to fix my car. The rental department is rude, slow and bad representation of company. They have no problem taking your money when you buy the car. Take their sweet time helping you after and nickle and diming you after they sell you a lemon.

Worst dealership in Ohio. We bought a $50000 Camaro $17000 miles. It’s started leaking oil right away. Now we can’t get anyone to answer the phone tell us what’s wrong with the car or even tell us where the car is. I’ve had to retain an attorney. Where’s my car? It’s been a week and they can’t tell us anything. Mean while I’m paying a huge car payment on a new broken car and can’t find out where the car is

I really can't thank Ricart enough for the service and help that they have extended to me over the past 3 months. Mt transmission needed replaced and unfortunately the part was on backorder. They worked with the Ford manufacturer to make sure I would have a car to drive until mine was fixed. In addition, when I wasn't able to come pick up my car they delivered to me. I am beyond grateful and am so glad I took my vehicle to Ricart Ford.
