Unprofessional, poor communications, excuses, and more. Car was in service for 29 days bc they wouldn’t initially perform a necessary (and backed by photographs) Ford recall, which then broke while driving away from the dealership.

The service department is populated by nice, friendly people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package (oil change, tire rotate and checks). I added a note that I had purchased an extended warranty from Ricart several years ago. Service rep called with an estimate of several hundred dollars to fix horn.I asked about extended warranty and she said it wasn't covered. I had a great experience thanks to Dezmond. I called him and explained a pretty bad situation I was in.. I came in thinking things would not go my way and to my surprise by the time I came to my appointment he was already prepared and he found cars on his lot that he thinks would best suit me , my children , and my situation prior to my appointment . We have purchased 2 cars and purchased a third through their used car service. We thought they would be reputable. Sadly, they are not. The 2019 car they “checked and fixed” that was “gently used”, well they did the bare minimum. They knew full well the running boards were out of warranty and on very borrowed time. I bought a car on February 14, 2024 on February 21. I was pulled over by the police because my temporary tag was not displayed properly and found out that the tent that was put on the windshield was illegal that same day I reached out to my salesman to ask him for information to their Contact people who work there to see what it would entail to having this removed because I have to prove I have had these items fixed and to let him know that he put my temporary tag on the inside of the window which couldn’t be seen from the o... read more

Went to several dealerships, even traveled out of state looking for the perfect convertible, they’re hard to find. Our salesman Javaughn Watkins was the best salesman we’ve come across in the 2 month search for our car. He was patient and you could tell he enjoyed helping us find the right car. He went above & beyond. We have been customers for many years. Have encountered many great people that work there. Very helpful friendly and they are there to help in many ways. Now we live in Plain City and still drive to Ricart Ford for service and even new purchases of cars and trucks
