They were very quick and responsive. I was hoping to trade in our car for a Bronco but the negative equity was too high. Hopefully in the future we can do business as I haven't used Ricart in a long while due to Nourse Ford has been making better deals for my last 8 car purchases.
Appointment for oil change scheduled for Friday Dec 6th 9am. When arrived was told it would be a “long wait”, over 2 hours. I received 4 emails and 4 text messages confirming the appointment, one of each requesting response! Received email and text one hour before the appointment confirming appointment. Service advisor said they were busy, but I saw only one other car was in the 3 lanes of the service garage. I won’t be back. Went to another Ford dealer same day without an appt and got out in 45 minutes.
They’re always courteous. They do a good job on my car when I’m there for service good atmosphere.
I had to get my car towed here after hitting an object in the roadway that caused the rim to explode, literally. The tow company delivered the vehicle to the wrong lot unbeknownst to me or the dealership and they refused to locate the vehicle. They told me I would need to come to their large automall and find the vehicle which I was able to locate by simply calling the fleet department and asking if it was sent their on accident. As dishonest as they come. Agreed on a price. Told the salesmen i would call the next day to let them know. I called and was told that they could no longer the deal. I have the paper with the numbers on it! I was told they would sell it to the next guy for more than what I was getting it for
Unprofessional, poor communications, excuses, and more. Car was in service for 29 days bc they wouldn’t initially perform a necessary (and backed by photographs) Ford recall, which then broke while driving away from the dealership.
The service department is populated by nice, friendly people whose competence I find suspect. I made an online appointment to bring in my 7 year old C-Max for a non-working horn and their "Works" package (oil change, tire rotate and checks). I added a note that I had purchased an extended warranty from Ricart several years ago. Service rep called with an estimate of several hundred dollars to fix horn.I asked about extended warranty and she said it wasn't covered.
