I've used Revention for 6 or 7 years now. They have come a LONG way. Reporting is still a little unreliable if you really push it to the limits and server checkouts have some strange, opaque math happening. Nothing that messes up reconciling at the end of the day unless you need to troubleshoot a problem. But the customer service has improved dramatically. What used to be a fight every time has turned into a mostly very knowledgeable and helpful person. I also just sat through a software demo that was the best demo I've ever... read more

I am hoping to write a five star review but our Revention POS system has been a headache since we purchase our Pizza Restaurant 5 months ago. We received the POS system from the previous owner and was told we needed to upgrade our systems...so we did and after several calls to Revention we still cannot get one of the POS systems to work properly. Revention's service is amazing. We've been with Revention for a bit over a month and they have demonstrated on several ocasions their willingness to go above and beyond for the customers. Special thanks to Ken Goh and Barrett Smith for resolving issues promptly, even if it means working through their breaks or staying late.

Worst purchase I have ever made for my business. What part does Revention not understand............... I paid for a computer that is make my business run more smoothly. NOT. I should've stayed Aldelo.

Usually tech support is able to resolve the issues that arise but we spend WAY TOO MUCH TIME on the phone because problems arise that they don't allow us access to fix. We have to wait for support to remotely dial in and fix the problem. I now know why they charge SOO much for support. This first month of operation we have spent at least 50 hours between 2 stores fixing problems. Not a fan of Revention yet. Update. We purchased the first system about 2-3 years ago and were pleased to some extent with the install and training..it went very smooth.. so we decided to purchase a 2nd system for another location..The installer was a great guy but the menu that we sent in weeks before was never put into the system and the installer was tied up setting up the menu the whole day, so we did not get any of his time to train the staff on the new system. luckily we were familiar with the system so i spent some time showing the staff around. I signed up for the pizza expo promo price they had after them being persistent and promising no commitment just sign. 2 Week later I got a call and was given serious and rude attitude from rep when I said I am not interested anymore because of negative customer service feedback.......! Instead of trying to reverse my image he made it show

New to this software and anytime there has been a problem, or something I don't understand the very responsive Revention Team has helped to solve. Even better, I'm learning as they are quickly fixing the issue. The staff finds the software easy to navigate and the reports help steer our business. Great Job Revention.
