Trey helped us out with our customer display today. Was very helpful and it went smoothly.
This 5 start rating goes to Matt Thorton! Our Revention system stopped accepting (ALL) credit cards on Sunday morning. 24 hours later and multiple calls to tech support (6/6 of last calls going to VM), I called Matt Thorton for help (former colleague). Matt logged into my system (on his lunch hour) and was able to escalate the issue to get it resolved within 2 hours. Negative stars to Retention for access to quality tech support (with a monthly subscription), but 5 starts to Matt for listening, acting, COMMUNICATING with me ... read more

I have worked with Revention systems with two different jobs both have been within the Pizza Industry both times hardly any problems with Revention it is now 2017 and have dealt with Revention since 2009 and Revention back then was fairly new and has come a long way. It's been a tough week for Revention and many of their customers, and I had the pleasure of trying to get a new router configured in the middle of all of this credit card processing mess. Lucky me! Thankfully Trey and others at Revention Tech Support were there to get me through it..and with a great attitude the whole time. Trey worked with me over parts of 3 days to help solve my problem and I'm happy to report that everything is working better than ever! Thanks Trey!
