My experience with revention started as a research project. I was the Dir. Of Operations for a pizza company, and we had franchisees that were not happy with the quality of service our current pos company was providing. Great company to work with, excellent customer service!
I recently purchased revention pos for my pizza delivery business. I love the sales part of the system but cant quite figure out the cashin processes. Very frustrating so far dealing with customer support, I refuse to buy the service agreement after spending 7k on a 1 station system. After reading through the other reviews...I feel like I am definitely not alone in the issues I am having and how I am being treated as a new customer. This POS is is good system and always make some new for the customer.
Our pizzeria has been using Revention since 2005. They came out on top when we put a handful of POS systems to the test. Over a decade later and we still are extremely happy with their POS system and service. It is great to be involved with a company that evolves and understands their customers needs to the degree Revention does. Keep up the great work Revention!
In our restaurant we use Revention POS, and last night we need assistance, I called to customer service, and I have to share with you, that was amazing, excellent attention, very strong knowledge and solution to all my question about u the close day.
