Pizza show in Vegas 2014, I make the mistake of change my POS system, went to Revention because they promise everything will be perfect, since them a nightmare was born, for almost a full year I was trying to make them to help me to fix all the problem, next month will be a Vegas again and I will spend the 3 days hanging by they boot to talk to as many people as I can about they promises, you can contact me directly if you request my phone.

Best Point of Sales Hands Down!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We have struggled to get any support since September 8th. Upon arrival our system was not set up and menu missing even though the company invoiced us an extra 600.00 + for menu set up. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. I've had this service for 1 year and a half and was never contacted by my account manager. A week after I discovered I had one, I emailed a list of questions asking for help. He sent me a couple manuals. The next week, I tried calling him and was told he wasn't our am anymore. I emailed our new am only to get no response. So it's been 4 months and I still don't have the questions answered. I think that Revention has provided me with tools to understand my business better. In over 5 years their tech support has never given me problems and always helped me solve my issues. Revention's sales team has been very helpful and accommodating. If you are in business you need tools like Revention and their support team. After over 5 years and another POS I love Revention and I will never go to another company.
