All I can say is WOW, I have much more time to spend in the 'front of the house' taking care of guests now that I've made the decision to switch from Aloha to Revention. An all-inclusive system is the way to go!
Would give Revention 5 stars except for the customer service. It is hit or miss on both the wait time and the knowledge of the person who picks up your phone call. The system itself can't be beat. It gives you any report that you can think of when Revention support backs it up for you to go back to.

All I have to say is go read the glass door reviews. The good ones are fake and made by HR. Read the real ones. You can easily tell which is real.

Sales team enthusiastically overpromises but underdelivers. Tech support very helpful but long wait times to get through and issue resolution that goes on for weeks undermines customer satisfaction
I have been in the restaurant industry for over years and have seen the POS system evolve the years. This system is easy to use and simple to train staff to use efficiently. Reporting clear and easy to access, firing to kitchen, and payments right in front of the customer... my team is loving this. Not only one of the BEST pos systems our pizzeria has ever owned, one of the BEST companies we've ever done business with! Revention in my eyes is #1 an all around great company.
