I have been calling for two days can any one please help.what's the point of spending all this money for Technical Support when the Support isn't there when you need.
our credit card service has been down since yesterday and cant get through to revention on phone....anyone else having problems or know whats going on?......russians?
I have been a Revention customer for 11 years. There has been ups and downs along the way but overall I believe they are still the best POS provider out there. There was a recent major problem with Credit Card processing caused by all the new regulations from processors and it was quite a mess. Revention handled it as well as I think they could. We've been using Revention for years, and starting yesterday we were having issues with our credit cards because of a new security measure that was put in place that we needed to update to. We went all yesterday without being able to accept credit cards and the majority of today. I spoke with a service member named David Headley, and he was extremely helpful in helping us to resolve this issue during this first data outage. He's one of the best service people I have spoken with over the years, and I can't thank him enough!
WTF revention? Can't update the software for government mandated updates so we can keep doing business? Edit: Revention came through and fixed my issue. It took a little longer than I would've liked, I wasn't happy with the initial response, however in the end they made it right for me, which is all I can ask.
What a joke. I have over $10k invested in this company and they won't update their system to work with my credit card processor. They want over $1200 to make it work again. Do not use this company!
Not the first time Revention has left us with no support during critical software failures but today is definitely the worst. If you value your customers and want your staff to operate successfully this is not the product for you. I wish I could say otherwise since we committed a large investment but we will send this down the road the first chance we get. Right now I am hoping we didn't loose $2500 in credit cards that cant be batched but the real issue is having no credit card processing during high season holiday business... read more
THIS IS THE WORST POS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE
Revention is simply put the best in the business. I can train a new server on all the intricacies of Pizza ordering with all the variables in a matter of minutes instead of hours. Its a smart intuitive system that is always growing from inside with software matching up to the hardware and enterprise and online ordering solutions created in house so they integrate seamlessly. Its a no brainer in terms of Pizza POS and restaurants for that matter.
