They are helpful most of the time. But they always act like you should know how to do everything on the system, even if you are calling with a trouble shooting question.

Joesph with customer support was absolutely AWESOME. A few guys that work in customer support and are actually knowledgeable of the system are AWESOME. However, you get the wrong tech guy on the phone and it's almost worth hanging up and calling back, being put on hold for 20 minutes, and hoping you get someone that knows that they are talking about. Working in an extremely busy restruarant, why let people that are to new customer support work on the busiest nights of the week! Thank god for Joesph today who saved my kitchen... read more

UPDATED: Revention was able to add a "next" button to solve this problem. They are scheduling a training to see if we can make other configurations like bartenders being able to share tips. Thanks for working with us on this problem. PREVIOUS POST I wouldnt recommend Revention POS to busy night clubs. They're really made for restaurants/pizza places. They do not configure well for shared bartending, and they have way too many steps to complete certain tasks, making the register time consuming. Also, the page of open tabs has... read more

They are very helpful and have seemed like they increased their staff. Last couple of times I had to call I didn't have to wait long.

I have tried to keep an open mind about this software for the 2.5 years we have had it. Unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. I give them 2 stars for the few people who try but can't succeed in helping you because of who they work for. Lets start at the very beginning. Our establishment is about 10 miles or less from the corporate office. So when it came time to do our install, we didn't feel it should take 2 days to install a two computer system. I have not been able to accept credit cards for two days. I have been calling Revention for those two days and I have been unable to reach anyone. Left call back number, emailed them on there web site contact page. No response. I am losing business. No tech support for the $150 a month. Nice way to deal with your clients Revention.
