Great system and great company to work for. If you have a bar/restaurant/ fast food chain and don't have Revention for your point of sale system you are losing out on money.
Revention annoys me so much. $16k for the hardware/software/install $110 a month for 3 years for support $2k to buy new licenses for my stations when I changed my company's name and concept two and a half years after initial purchase. So after spending a decent chunk of money with Revention I ask them if they could update my logos on my printers and reports, they answer yes. I call 3 weeks later to see what the status is and they now inform me that they want me to pay an hourly fee for them to do the work. Really? The $2k i ... read more

Mr. Judy I am just curious on how you can say Revention customer service is ridiculous. I have been in the restaurant/pizzeria business for over 23 years, and I can tell you I know more about customer service then you and Revention has by far and i mean far the best in the business. The problem is not the customer service it is the operator. Computers are definitely not my friend; however, Revention's customer service has on more then 1 occasion walked me through ANY PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD! That being said, I like everyone in t... read more
Customer service is ridiculous. Software is fairly easy to learn and use.
