Have used so many different POS in my days in the restauarant. Have never encountered one that is as easy to use as Revention POS. Keep it up, Guys!!!
There are times I get frustrated with Revention POS system's quirks. There are many times it is my fault but others have been system anomalies. Bought system on April 2016. Training was very weak resulting in very frustrating operator errors in the first few months of operations at my restaurant. I do have to say the live help teams they have stay with my problems until they are resolved. If it wasn't for the extremely knowledgeable and professional NIGHT SHIFT helpline I would have given a 3 star rating.
This morning I got exceptional customer service from Joe. He helped extensively with my restaurant's need to add third party payments to my POS system. Also took time to review the report generation process with me. I frequently call into Revention, so I know the difference between mediocre service and excellent service. The company I work for recently switched to Revention. We've had a few bumps in the rode but I've always gotten the best customer service from Trey Button, he's very easy to work with and very thorough.
Reventions service is first rate. Easy to work along with support on every issue! Marcus Allen worked on our POS Tablets today and solved the issue within a few mintues. I highly recommend Revention to any business in the market for a new POS. Dave Collins Vince's Pasta & Pizza
