Absolutely love my new system! Aside from being very user friendly, it provides reports full of information that is pertinent to manage operations. Definitely makes running a full time business a lot easier! Installer, Travis Young set up the system quickly with no disruption in business. He was very VERY patient with my staff and was available throughout the transition to answer questions and tweek the system to better suit our needs. Trey is very clear and well spoken, with his instructions, making it easy to understand. Good job buddy and keep up the excellent customer service! Somebody buy this guy some Diet Coke!!

We have three non restaurant stores. Overall it's a good system with just a few small issues that would make it the best. While it does provide very good sales reports, it does not have the ability to average our cost of products or provide me with a basic profit and loss statement. All the POS systems on the market are designed for restaurants and bars. We are a small retailer with 3 shops and having inventory tied to sales would be perfect.
