This company is awesome! The management, employees, and especially the Customer Service have been on point since my first encounter. They are constantly looking for better ways to serve the customers. To be completely honest, the customer service stands out from others I've encountered. Great company!
Customer service used to be stellar! Horrible now! Getting ready to drop their technical support program. Called to talk to a supervisor to complain 2.5 hours ago about an issue I've been having for 2 weeks and can't even get a supervisor to call me back!!! Very disappointing !
Most important decision for any business is to decide who they do business with. This company is will force you to use their own processor and not one of your choice. Also they will sell you equipment that you can't use!

After looking at multiple demos for pos systems we decided on revention because of the ease of use of the system. Once it got setup we were taking orders in no time. Couldn't be more happier that we switched over ! We have done business 20 years old school. ( pen and paper), Our installer, Travis Young was excellent! He not only hooked up our system, made sure everything was up and running, and was there by our side for training the staff. He made the transition go very smoothly! Completely satisfied!
Second restaurant with the system and had them match things from our other restaurant so we could jus make the changes ourselves and told the installer the differences. They weren't done - called last night - no tech call for 45 minutes - called today for all fixes and they weren't done right - called almost an hour ago to try to get those things fixed - our Grand Opening and can't get a call back in a timely manner - $140 a month for what?
So now revention is forcing its customers to go with Vantiv, a hidden fee credit card company worse than the one we have! Is this legal? We will find out...especially with the timing of having to purchase new chip readers also.
Travis Young rocks! He was so very helpful and was nothing but patient and understanding while helping myself and my staff learn the POS system.
Revention is easily the WORST POS system I have ever worked with. Our system has been down in our restaurant for a week now, and they have continued to tell myself and my other managers that there is nothing they can do for us for another week! I couldn't explain how many times we have called them to get help with our system, they say they need to speak with their supervisor and will give us a call back AND THEY NEVER CALL BACK! Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never recommend them to any business.
