Just completed the install and training of 2 stations at our small pizza shop. Couldn't be more happier and excited about our prospects going forward. The whole process for the most part was painless thanks to Robert our trainer/installer. The conditions at the shop were not very friendly due to the heat wave, but Robert was all smiles. I very impressed with his professionalism. Thank you Robert! And whole Revention team as well! Thanks for helping us get to the next level!
This 5 star rating is for Marcus Allen. Mr. Allen solved all of our problems and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner. We have been having multiple problems when dealing with revention support but none today when I spoke with Marcus. I wish more techs were like him and if any supervisors are reading this, he definitely deserves a raise.
My installation guy Travis was an awesome way to start my revention years. He went out of his way to be helpful and was great at training staff thx again
