We have recently been assigned Ron Smallwood as our account manager. In just a couple short weeks, he has helped us with outstanding issues and solved most of them as well as teach us things we can fix ourselves. We have always enjoyed working with other account managers, but none compare to Ron's personality, expertise and tenacity to get things done. 5 stars for Marcus in tech support! Every time I have an issue, I call and request him! He knows his stuff and has always gotten my issues resolved in a timely manner. 4 Stars for Revention because we have had some issues lately with our equipment which has caused me to continue to have to call for support! Unfortunately, this happened a few times on busy nights and has slowed our business down! (hence why I've gotten on a first name basis with Marcus!)
Margo was amazing, she got my menu questions answered quickly! Thanks!
They have been of great assistance to our restaurant, and I would highly recommend them to others looking for an all-encompassing POS system for their business. In particular, the representative from hunger rush Trey was extremely helpful in setting up our online ordering.
