Marcus Allen was excellent to work with yesterday in fixing our issue with Revention Enterprise not connecting. He was thorough and considerate. He stayed with the issue until it was resolved. He was a pleasure to work with and I would be happy if he was the tech that answered every time we called with an issue.
I have had Revention for over 3 years now. I went from one cash register to 4 stations. Also, I use it in conjunction with HungerRush their online ordering. Recently I just added Vantiv credit card processing to the system. It all works together very well.
Robert trained us on the new system these past two days. We went from dinosaur register to today's revention and wow he went above and beyond in helping us. Thank you so much for your help not sure what we would have done without you. Have a safe trip back home
