Revention like all companies go through trial and error. Let just say they made a huge impact on the customer service aspect by hiring HUONG!!! Not only did she attend to the credit card problem I was having with these new fancy chip readers that we all need. I’ve been working with Revention for a little over a year now. From day one David Jones always had my back. Hands down he has always been on my side. When it came time to upgrade our POS David wasn’t trying to force feed me some B.S. that I didn’t need. I am a manager at pizza shop that uses revention equipment nd I had an issue. Lucky me Lawrence answered my call. Kayeloni and Brett are the absolute best! Yesterday the system was down for over 6 hours until I spoke with Kayeloni and I spoke with 3 different reps to resolve the issue before it was escalated to her. She got the system running in 10 minutes, if that. She truly deserves a raise because of that and we lost out tremendously due to the issue. Also Brett always solves all my issues in a very quick amount of time. He deserves a raise also.
customer service big zero my on line service was online for all dinner time between 5 to 7 i lost over 11000$ of credit card sale because i have to use vantive and revantion BAD system BAD credit card prossing i was on hold for over 25 min when i get to lawrence he is secartey all he said sorry we have to call you back
Revention is the best point of sale system I have ever worked with. It does require a little more training than most, but it is a very powerful tool once you know how to use it. Had to switch around a credit card reader today and Philippe was amazing! I was about ready to quit from all of the frustration, but he remained calm, helpful, and pleasant throughout the whole phone call. Happy to say, Revention’s employees are some of the best!
Have been happy with the point of sale. But this review is about the installer tech they sent, Travis. I'm not sure we would have made it with a different tech. Installing a new p.o.s can be frustrating and complicated. Revention luckily sent us Travis for our first install and we quickly requested him for our next 7 installs. He's gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy.
