These guys are awesome, especially Zach Southern! I purchased an existing franchise and the systems weren't all communicating properly. He went out of his way to make sure everything in my new restaurant is functioning 100%! Updated-Revention has gotten much better with us. They have definitely made strides in their customer service and support. We have continued to use them and are much happier with them now.
Revention is a money hungry, greedy company! After paying tens of thousands of dollars for their computer system, they make you PAY even more for tech support and act like its an optional service. Well I am here to tell you that it is NOT OPTIONAL!!! We paid for tech support for the past 3 years and maybe used it a handful of times! I had a complex printer configuration that I needed setup for my bar. Trey was helping me and he was great. He went above and beyond to figure out the best solution while explaining to me the pros and cons. It took several hours but he was patient, attentive, and got the job done. We have installed new revention POS system! It is awesome! This is the second location we have installed on! Robert Ferris, installation technician, was very professional and knowledgeable!
