Had Travis do a install at my store. Was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job!!! Set up was easy and was great with showing how to navigate through the system.
In over a decade of pizza experience I have not used a system as fluid and comprehensive as Revention. Our technician Travis Young went through the ins and outs of the system and really took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Definitely a product and company I can stand behind.
We have been on the Revention system for approaching 2 years. Although we have had our hiccups; overall the system is working for us. We are working with them right now to redesign our Hunger Rush online ordering page and so far that has been the best experience I have had with them yet.
To whom this may concern. I would like to take a minute to voice my dissatisfaction with Revention. Maybe I am just naïve but I believed as a POS system you support would never leave us hanging. I was wrong. Friday morning our store was suffering from a lagging system that was causing our computers to freeze or send orders multiple times. After speaking to customer support they told us it must be a problem in the ISP side so we called our ISP who sent over a tech right away. I have been a Revention customer for 6 years now. The overall service and helpfulness of the Revention team has be outstanding this whole time. Recently I have had 2 conference calls/Demos with Andrew Quick. These sessions have been beyond expectation. Andrew is a very knowledgeable, helpful, creative, and overall very friendly person. I never recommend this company for any business. They don’t have any knowledge about their job. Catastrophic customer service. I tell myself every day why I paid more than 10000 for such ..... system.
We had our POS installed this week.Travis did a amazing job on training and the install. He took pride in his work. It is a great tool for any sub shop or pizza place. We are getting into a sports bar soon. You know the POS we are going to be using. Thanks again for everyone there for a great experience.
