Just got done having Derrick install our new Revention system. Excellent program, coupled with excellent customer service! Derrick even went the extra mile and cleaned up all the wiring from our previous p.o.s. intstall! Great job guys!

The inventory is none existent it doesn’t flow with your sales you have to do a count daily, weekly, monthly it has no idea that you sold a product. The set up is amazingly difficult as well, the reports are okay I have seen a lot better. Don’t know why but they suspended my account in October 2017. I don’t know why I never got a call or heard from them on why it was suspended. Until I called June 7th 2018 cause my credit cards quit working and I couldn’t get no help but hear sorry your account is suspended we don’t know why... read more

I have to agree with some of the bad reviews as I have had some real problems with Revention, however as of lately it appears that teck support has gotten better, I needed to make some changes to my reports and the Teck guy was very knowledgeable and got me going in a few minutes, and if you can believe he showed me hot to do it myself. As far as some of you having problems like computer crash, terminal lock ups etc. I found out that sometime you need to ask for a level 2 Teck so that you can get some real help.

We've been open for 8 years and we started out using revention pos. Its very easy to train employees quickly with this system. We just upgraded with revention with their by back program, Jullian Davis was our installer and we wouldn't want anyone else to do our install. He was informative and changed out the systems overnight. Since I've used the system for years it was as easy as it could get for us to upgrade. Year after year the service getting bad to worse....feel bad to say that as the syetem is good but the service and support is way out.....Called them multiple times,promised someone from support will call us back...three days no call

We just had Revention installed in our 3rd location! Travis Young was our installer and was with us for 2 days and showed us the ropes. He was professional and easy to work with. We love Revention! Whiffle Boys Pizza GOREVILLE,IL.
