We use Revention Point of Sale software at all four of our Pizza restaurants in Virginia. The service works very well for our business. We create coupons and discounts for our customers all the time, and creating coupons in Revention is always quick and easy. Revention customer service is always there to help us when we need a little extra help, even in the middle of the night. We would like to make a special mention of our account manager, Aaliyah, she is always very quick to respond to us, and really knows here stuff.
I just recently found out that ZACH SOUTHERN has left your Organization. Zach has always gone above and beyond for us as customers and Hungry Howies Pizza Franchisees. Zach is more than helpful in every aspect of Revention's Company. He is knowledgeable in tech/sales/service and treats us Customers with the utmost care and attention to detail. Not the best service it takes over a month just to get a monitor fixed and when you call to ask about the status on your monitor no one can give you answer, and say we will have someone contact you back which I’m still waiting for that call and it’s been two weeks now.
Excellent service, excellent people like Aaliyah Sosa. I am with Revention last 12 years and same good services and help. Thanks to Revention and Aaliyah.
Update (07/2018): I still stand by the software, but other aspects of the business are lacking. Specifically customer support and installation. The tech support is solid if you need something fixed/tweaked on your system, but if you want to add services to your POS (gift card integration, remote access, etc...) service will be an issue. Just had the installation done with Travis. So far all is good. Experiencing normal issues with the change of a system and all the menu modifiers we did not think of. They are quick to put anything into place. I have only two issues at the end of my install I need to follow up with and will do so. Thanks!
We just recently converted over to Revention in one of our units. Let's just say that the install and start up did not go as planned, and we are still waiting on the system to work to our expectations. On Monday when this started it was a nightmare. Had it not been for Zachary, our sales rep, we might have told them to pull the plug. He came out to the store and took the time to actually listen to us and address our concerns.
