We just had a trouble with our POS since yesterday. We called 3 times and still had the same problem. Than I called again and was connected to Elvin Tapong. Thanks God! He is awesome, knowledgeable, very creative, smart guy. Thank you Elvin! Great job. The system is back and working.

If anyone is calling customer service and needs an experienced technician I would 100% recommend asking for Manuel. He fixed issues in 30 minutes what I spent hours trying to with other technicians yesterday.
We have used Revention POS for about 13 years and they have some issues but it is the easiest system that I have found. I had an issue today and Mike N. Was so patient and helpful. I really appreciated his help. He got to the problem and now all is good again.
Been a Revention customer since 2007. The POS system is still going strong! Thank you Trey B. for the help this week updating our label printer! You are a champ, and those of us out in the field using Revention are glad that you have our back...
