Been a customer of Revention since 2009. Had systems installed at 4 different locations. Last one installed yesterday by TRAVIS. He Was the BEST!! He comes in looking like he belongs with Led Zeppelin and leaves you feeling like he is Steve Jobs! Travis was extremely competent, he was so organized and took so much pride in his work. Trey is the man! Professional support cool and calm.
Everyday this week our credit cards were not working. So I’d call up and a technician named Trey went above and beyond every morning. We truly appreciate the help he gave us. The dude gave it a personal touch and put our minds at ease.
I wish the guys in the call center would remember to bring back the donuts to Marcus and Mr. Dave, they work so hard back there and a lot of times everyone just gobbles up the company treats and forgets about those guys working so hard in the shipping department. C'mon everyone! Spread the calories around! Am I really going to have to ship them a pizza from Arkansas JUST so they get some love?!!
I'm sorry but it has been my overall experience that technicians are taught to "close" out their cases and move on as fast as possible and not worry about making notes for future areas of concerns. The people are always very polite and courteous...but also in a rush and ready to move on as soon as they put a band aid on that particular problem for that moment. More attention needs to be directed to communication and satisfying the customer...not how many cases you can "wrap up" that day.
