i would only give a 1 star. They are constantly finding ways to charge you more money. if you don't pay the support fees monthly then mysteriously you have problems with your system forcing you to pay hourly for service. They make sure your computers only last 3 years and your hard drive goes bad forcing you to have to buy a new computer because they don't replace hard drives because they have decided to use different computers now. BEWARE! Revention cut their ties with the credit card software Credit911 and are turning off their services in our systems so that they can convince us that we have to upgrade!

Like Revention’s reports and the ease of making changes, adding buttons, coupons, etc remotely. Was having some issues with making some things work properly on our first install of Revention until Derrick came to the rescue. He has spent quite a bit of time making sure that everything is working properly and is exactly what we want. Was thankful to see Derrick on our 2nd install of Revention as I knew we would be in good hands — I knew he would make sure all was working as expected. Thanks for your dedication Derrick.

Revention software could be great we have been with them for 15 years. Unfortunately we are forced to look into a new pos company. Their total lack of follow up on programs is not acceptable. We have requested hunger rush integration for over 6 months and have not had any response. We were forced to change our credit card processing because of chip reader issues that are not part of our platform. Replaced Trustwave with a new Sonicwall firewall. Due to poor wiring of our network, we had trouble getting everything working. However Trey (my tech at Revention) was very helpful and we got it up and running the next day after hours of work. 5/5 would recommend!

If I could give 7 stars I would, Shatha AKA Shay is the best and her team is really at what they do, but if you run in to a problem that can’t be resolved just ask for Shay she will make your life a lot easier and one less issue to worry about with her great knowledge of revention POS, but most off with her patients and love for what she does at revention, it really shows. Thank you Shay and thanks to revention for hiring such a great member of the team!!

Revention has helped grow my business tremendously. In the beginning it was a little difficult because we were not knowledgeable at all and the install was very fast with not enough training but we got thru it. We have been able to increase sales with Revention while cutting down on staff training.
