I wish I could rate this POS a zero because it is a POS. Software fails often. Can't do other than integer quantities in inventory. Remote access and many other features are extra, surprise! Holding my old system hostage is costing me$$$. Return it as promised. Support doesn't answer the phone or return calls. They deleted my tweets so let's see if this review disappears, too.
I had there system installed in my franchised Pizzeria in NYC. Works well and handles the volume. Formelly HPOSS but same great service.
Just had a service issue after swapping out our modem at our Pizza shop. Jullian at Revention dialed in and got it fixed for us in a jiffy. That guy knows his stuff!! So glad to have such good support.
This review is in regards to Mike Prichard, as a whole my experience with revention has been extremely pleasant but when you talk about going above and beyond then Mike Prichard takes the cake. I’ve never dealt with anyone in any form of business that was exceptional as Mike was. These guys are great to deal with! From David to Ron, yes issues arise, but when you give these guys a shout they resolve those issues. don't overlook Revention. they could be the piece you are missing to get to that next level.
