Between Credit card processing that has doubled and not being able to run a year to date PLU summary, I cannot recommend Revention. We pay annual maintenance and still get very little support. Just told it can't be done. I will be looking for a new system. And what is worse, we are a local customer in Houston.
Travis was a great installer especially with the short amount of time he had. He even managed to clean up all the loose cords throughout the restaurant. My office has never looked cleaner.
I was told that Scott K was the best installer ever. He proved that and went above and beyond. Scott is great to work with and very patient. A few issues with sales. We’ll see how that goes.
Travis was fantastic in assisting us with our install! We didn't want him to leave - even bribed him with free pizza and ice cream but he really likes his job apparently. We are so excited to have Revention on our side and are enjoying our new and improved POS. Thanks Travis!!
We purchased a Revention Point of Sale after being in business for 8 years. Our installer, Scott, was able to get us up and running even though there were some issues in the beginning. Scott stuck through the problems and had us up and running the date when we were supposed to live. Even with the issues we encountered during the install we would still recommend Revention for a Point of Sale because of the robust information available.
Scott was an amazing installer!! He was a ton of help and made sure that I felt comfortable with the process and my new POS system before he left! It was a great experience and I hope to get him when I open up my next store!!
Travis Young did a fantastic job setting up my POS at my new store. I have had Revention for years at another location and I can tell you that he is by far the most knowledgeable tech I have dealt with. Thanks again Travis!
I've been working w Revention for years. Great service and outstanding products. Just installed at my newest restaurant in Lawrence Ks. Installer Travis Young did an incredible job and was great to work with!
