Update 11/4/2019 This is what blows me away.. no communication on credit card outage! How does this happen.. you guys are a service provider! My 1 star review doesn’t change! Even if this is a world pay issue, Revention as a company chose to go Exclusive with world pay as a integrated credit card company. Shame on you for not giving your customer options.. so for this Its not just worldpay but Revention at fault!!! Would not recommend Revention POS.. Big shout out to Scott from Ironton giovannis. we sure couldn't have done it without you. huge learning curve for us but the future looks bright.
Scott installed our new POS system this week at our Ashland Giovanni’s store. He was very knowledgeable very helpful. There is a lot of information to take in and it takes time to get familiar with this system. It was a big change for us here but with Scott’s help we were able to do it and now day 4 we all feel pretty comfortable with it. Thanks Scott Downtown Ashland Giovanni’s crew!!
installed the system in November of 18. After working with it almost a year I can defiantly say I have no regrets choosing Revention. I really like all aspects of the program, and customer service is great.
