RecommendedVery satisfied with all of the training and assistance provided to us by Natalie and Scott. They have fixed every issue we have had thus far and been more than willing to further assist us.
Love the register system itself but the lack of backoffice abilities & system reporting is miserable. There are so many features even the simpler app systems have that this doesnt. Such a shame, if this doesn't change soon we will be retiring the system as soon as contract is up. There Is absolutely 0 reasons why the sales and reporting cannot be obtained in today's internet based society!!! get it together!

Been with Revention for a little over a year and disappointed with the lack of response / follow thru with issues. Always quick to promise however zero results.. We are a small multiple unit independent. They struggle to understand.. Heard the same excuses multiple times.. They claim big things but the smallest issue can’t seem to get resolved.
terrible service customers showing up for web orders that dont even come through to our side! GM spending 10hrs minimum a week trying to get things under control! losing customers because they show up for their order and it's not even in my computer. I'm a multi unit pizza shop franchisee that spent 20k for a full system wth KDS screens and all and it's a joke!!!!! save your time, customers and money lastly and look elsewhere revention is a nightmare!!!!
RecommendedI have been a Revention customer for 10 years and wouldn't have any other POS System. The customer service is outstanding! I have to give out a shout out to two outstanding people! Trey Button for his great lesson on geo fencing and Michael Prichard for always answering his phone and taking care of my problems.......
RecommendedRevention is by far one of the best POS companies out there, if you’re looking for a great company to work with! This is it, shout out to Jeremy for making my life easier with his support.
I have had this pos under 2 years, computers are shutting down in the middle of my busiest nights!
