I'll just say that Cris was a great sales rep and will continue to be super helpful implementing this system in our chain locations across the nation. Also, Scott was a solid installer, knows his stuff, and got the job done! I have requested that he do as many Zoner's location installs as possible.
Very bad system, I would not recommend to anyone. Hard to close the day... and hard to get reports 👎👎👎
RecommendedTravis came out and had us all set up in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a POS with great technical support.
'm completely dissatisfied with Reventions communication. If they have an issue they dont want to handle, they just dont answer their phone. We have 6 stores and paid $6000 for online ordering and the app about a month ago. I've asked multiple times from for an update and have yet to get one. We set 1 of the 6 stores up for online ordering and asked to let us test it before the other 5 were added. We were told that was no problem. 2 weeks after getting it all set how we wanted.
