ALL reps are great and caring but (Huong)is absolutely the best! Not olny is she caring,proffesional,and friendly but She has this thing where she manipulates the situation from being stressful to making it fun and easy....very positive person!..We had a very difficult issue that required some time to fix but she got it fixed pretty quick. Always a pleasure working with her thanks Huoang!

My customer service representative Marcus A. is awesome. In one day he was able to expedite an order for malfunctioning equipment, and get my credit card processor back on line - all with a great attitude and sense of urgency!

We just past our 2 yr anniversary with Revention and I would never give them anything but 5 starts! That’s not to say we have not encountered problems over the years but I have always gotten the service I needed. From kitchen printers needing reconfigured in the middle of lunch rush because of a power surge, spending hours finding the right combination of settings our system needs to fit how we operate to scheduling maintenance and update call with me late at night or on Sundays to avoid downtime. Thanks to Kallah, Houng and Matt Do for the credit card work and extra service. People are great policies not so much. System works great and once you get used to it very easy to use. 3 years running and 2 new installs this year.
