I love revention! By far in all of my 24 years in the restaurant business, revention is my favorite POS to use. Their tech support is amazing especially Kevin. He did an amazing job explaining and solving the issues I had this afternoon. Thanks Kevin! You're awesome!

If I could give less then one star I would. System has not worked right since day one install. If you want to spend most of your business hours on the phone to get no where and then have them never call you back then this is the system for you. 25 years in the business and this is the worst company I have ever used.

I hate to leave negative reviews but I must agree with the other reviewers, they used to be great POS company but now they offer poor customer service, cant seem to fix recurring issues and your lucky if they call you back in a reasonable amount of time or at all. Along with the poor service they have now partnered (for revenue shares/kick backs) with one of the worst credit card companies and try to force you into moving over to a company who is notoriously awful to work with.
