Working as a restaurant manager, quick and attentive service is always a top priority, and that's exactly what I received from the technician Jerry from Revention. This is the second time Jerry has been our technician, and the second time he's completely surpassed expectations. Due to a power shortage, our front counter printer was malfunctioning, which severely disrupts the ability to process client request. Since the EMV switchover, we have had lots of small errors popping up. Nick took the time to really look things over, and I am hoping it has fixed many of those issues. He called me back as he stated he would a few days later, which means a lot because no one ever does that. Thnx Nick!
