Just finished up an install with Scott from revention! Let me tell you the truth! I've never worked with a POS so coming into this I was beyond nervous. Scott was a life saver! He was very thorough with me and patient! He trained me and my staff very well! 110% satisfied with this install! If it wasn't for Scott I would have sent this whole system back! I just hope that the hotline is as helpful as Scott was!
They have several Better Business Bureau complaints that people need to see before buying. Revention says they have 10,000 customers but they only have 2000 according to their customer service department! The owner lives in Mexico now and he's only interested is in gauging people at every step of the way with increased fees and upgrade charges. They have employees give fake feedback too. What a sham!
Shakira was extremely helpful and fixed my problem immediately which I had called in about twice previously. I was fortunate to have the team lead pick up my call that night because the new way of having supervisors call you back is less than helpful usually. Shakira though was kind and helpful. Thanks Shakira!
Pat took my call with the issue we were dealing with on this paticular day, he was very professional, Handled the problem very quickly And got us Back to functioning at full capacity, Nice to have someone So knowledgeable And able to correct our issues with no down time.

Had the system for over 2 years now...works great. Just switched to the Chip Readers, and given all I heard and then thought I was expecting a nightmare. Revention thought it all through and made this easier than expected. Not perfect, but I can live with it and more importantly so does my crew.
Four years with this company. Made my life a lot easier. Very happy with it.
My boy Ken hooked it up, explained everything perfectly and patiently. Our restaurant is running in a more efficient and consistent way than before already and its been less than two days. Thank you Ken, and thank you Revention!!!
