I sure didn't feel any warm greeting at service department. I was barley noticed by anyone and after Bill looked up from his computer he was help and didn't even ask if my car was there to put the plates on my Chevy Trax. I'm writing this sitting in the lobby while waiting to speak to a manager for the last 20 minutes. Totally unprofessional service advisor I have been forced to deal with. Won't return phone calls for 4-5 days at a time. No updates at all or letting me know he received our car from the towing company. Literally had the car die from the EXACT same problem that they had the car in the shop for 2 weeks for on the way home from picking the car up. If you're looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle stay away from Reliable Chevrolet! They're horrible and will not help you with anything. I bought my 2008 Chevrolet Impala SS back on April 2nd(Thursday) and the same night my headlight went out. I contacted the sales person Kenneth Agustadt and he said he would get it taken care of. I fixed it and he would reimburseme me when I went for my 2nd set of keys. Idiots. Dont they know that there are other dealerships? Offered them 21,000 cash for a car and was told no. So i went to a competitor and got THE SAME CAR with MORE OPTIONS for 20,500. Really?! How can u make money like that. U dont hold all the cards. Lolol
