Should be 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Salesperson set up an appointment with me to try and work a deal on a new truck. Drove to the dealership and the salesperson wasn't there. He scheduled it on his day off. I'm headed to Classic Chevrolet.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I purchased a used vehicle from them back in March of 2017. A couple of days after purchasing the car the shocks went out. I went back to the dealership get the car fully detailed because they did not have enough time to do so when I picked the car up initially. The sales man I worked with asked if I noticed the coolant was low and that there was a new radiator in the car when they first got the car. Great place to do business, have brought several cars there over the years and always had great service with sales & service dept.
Buyers beware just bought a 2017 chevy silverado and the transmission. Is junk and dealership will not do anything about it. Have proof of mechanics stating our transmission was crap but yet they won't do anything about it. If you are looking at buying one of their trucks just beware Chevy says it's a common problem and nothing can be done.

This has been the most painful new car purchase in my life . January 2017 I received my new 2017 conversion van . 68k Since then I have been to the dealer 8 times . 1st visit : DVD stoped working after the first week . 2 screams on the passenger and driver seat impossible to look at . You almost have to sit on the floor for it to make any sense . Bad design . That took 3 to 4 visits to fix . 2 weeks ago AC stoped working . The dealer has been trying to fix it 4 times .
