All i have to say is unreliable Chevrolet. Daniel Bonilla the sales person did everything in is power to find out what happened with my deal and it all of a sudden for some reason went away. He even called me to see if I got it. The finance department kept telling me that there was no deal in place and they would call me and let me know either way yes or no. The absolute worst car experience I've ever encountered. I scheduled the earliest appointment at 7am a week prior to dropping my car off for breaks. Around noon I call to get a update and they have no new information. After calling back twice they finally called me back after 5pm to tell me that they never looked at my car and I was first in line so if I left them keep my car over night I'll be first the next day. Yesterday I had a flat tire which turned into a nightmare. The service sent out to put on my spare broke the lock which releases the spare then broke the hoist that holds the spare. By the time i realized the damage that was done it was 2hrs b4 the dealership closed. This being a Saturday I thought ...no way would they get me in for estimate not to mention making repairs. Much to my surprise they got me in ,had the necessary parts in Stock and repaired the damage for less than $100 including labor. The guys in their service ... read more

My wife and I have been shopping at Reliable since 2009. We have always felt like we received a great deal when purchasing/leasing a new Chevy. Mark West and Brian Prosser are the two salesmen who have assisted us when we were ready to buy or lease. No hard pressure or sales gimmicks. Total transparency on the car price and trade in. Horrible service department. Scheduled an appointment for 1:15 today. Here I sit at 3:15 and my car is still not ready. Why schedule an appointment if you are going to have to wait for hours for something that should take 30 mins. I would give them a pass if it was the first time, however, this is not and my first experience was the same. I'll be driving somewhere else from now on.
