I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had there and the last few times I've gone for an oil change and car wash it's taken three hours. This time it was over FOUR hours! My service rep walked through the waiting room and didn't even have the courage to look me in the eye let alone apologize. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back there unless it's for walls warranty issue and even the high priced warranty they sold me had not lived up to the billing the sales rep promised. 0 stars isn't an option so 1 will have to do. Extremely disappointed! My husband and I went in with the intentions of buying 2 cars and after getting the run around we only ended up with 1. Now my husband is having issues with his truck and they are not willing to help. Terrible customer service...the worst!

I've purchased 3 cars from Reliable. I really like their auto service and body staff, which develops long term trust. The sales staff will talk real numbers... not "monthly payment" flashcards. You have a brain. They respect that.
It's your standard dealership. Was appalled that the sales manager could publicly display Trump 2016 sign but no one else could. The dealership is owned by a well known independent. It is shameful that this small minded bully uses his position to intimidate others including many minorities that work there. On a minor point, didn't receive a second set of keys to vehicle as promised.
It was my first time to get my oil changed on my 2016 Malibu unfortunately my first experience was not good with the service department. First I called on Wednesday of last week to inquire about getting my car serviced was told to just bring it in they open at 6:30 so I got there at 6:25 Thursday morning & was 3rd in line didn't get approached unti 7:20 was told that if I didn't have a appointment I would be at the back of the line so I said no one told me that the girl who answered the phone said to show up at 6:30 nothing ... read more
Dropped car off for service (with an appointment) at 10:30am and was never contacted about the status of my vehicle. It's now after 8 and service is closed so I'm without a car for tonight, oh and tomorrow.
Never had any problems with the service department. They are always very helpful and get things done in a timely manor.
These people were Super! Mr Tony Bustamonte was an excellent!! He is young and new at this! You would not know it because he was so knowledgable about the car!! I would give him a Five star for sure! Today he was quick to get our Mo. License plates on, explained On Star to us and got that started for us! The dealership gave us 3 months free! We also met the Service guy! He was super nice! Plan on going back for service!! Thank you Reliable Chevrolet! Very Fair, Very professional!!
