Just spent 3 hours here to get an oil change. An oil change. They get two because the ladies at the check out are friendly.
RecommendedWe have been trading with Reliable Chevrolet since 2008. We buy some of our company trucks and personal cars here and have never been disappointed. Mark West has taken care of us over the years and has always gone over and above. I would give him a "six star" rating if that were possible! On a different note, we see that Reliable Chevrolet supports Richardson schools and that is another plus.
Will never buy here again! Service is terrible. Salespeople and paperwork people miss represented what they were selling. Lost my business and everyone that I can informs business.

The service Dep. sucks! Dropped my truck off at 8:27 A.M. for oil change, tire rotation & to have recalls fixed. Asked how long and was told a few Hrs. Gave me a loaner car. I live on a farm & drive a Hour & a half to do business with them. I come back at 12:00 thinking they'll be close to being done. Driving all the way home would make a Three hour round trip for me. Give the keys to the loaner back & no one says anything about how much longer or that there were 4 recalls to do. I wait till 2:00 & ask how much longer & I'm ... read more

After purchasing a truck their was a problem with it 2 weeks later and my sales rep Larry was able to get it fixed. I am a satisfied customer.
