RecommendedGreat place with awesome people. I had a few negative experiences with a couple of dealerships this week. I was fortunate to meet the GM Ken and sales person Raul who turned everything around for me. Both are very pleasant to work, friendly and honest. Bought a 2006 Ford Mustang from the used lot back in November... worst decision of my life. They covered up the cigarette smell in the car and now that it's hot, that smell is killing me. My car is allergic to cigarettes so she can't even ride in the car with me. Now the SPRAY PAINTED LEATHER SEATS are the real treat. Had no idea that they were spray painted, they told me it was the leather protection on the seats. The paint is melting and you and your stuff get stuck to the seat. I took my car in to get the recalled ignition switch fixed, & asked them to check my brakes since another service shop told me I needed to get my brakes fixed for $300 ASAP. They gave me a ride to work, had my car fixed by noon, informed me that my brakes are fine & someone was trying to rip me off, and gave my car the complimentary wash & vacuum. Shout out to Eddie Martinez, to the courtesy driver, Jay & to whoever did the work on my car. Excellent service!
I would rather have a CHEVY of any age than a brand new anything else.

This place is ridiculous. I bought my car two months ago and the salesman told me that the alignment was done. Just last month, my friend told me to get my alignment checked. Called the salesman and he kept telling me it wasn't the alignment so I took it to the auto body and got it done. Found out that both wheels on the driver side has bent rims also. I took my Saturn Ion in to have the recalled ignition switch fixed. I had called several other dealerships to no avail. Richard Tucker, aka Tucker, was incredibly friendly and professional. He got my car in right away and had it repaired and ready to go while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. Tucker sent a courtesy car to take me home from the dealership and even had it come to my home to get me in order to retrieve my car. My car was washed and vacuumed as an extra courtesy.
