If your buying a car/truck talk to Larry Swan, his good people. Pricing is good, service department is good depending on who you get (one or two bag eggs) and free loaners for any service.

Thank you Reliable Chevrolet for living up to your name! Torrin Taylor sold me a great used truck at a good price and was considerate and never pushy! Doug Cooper and Brent Lewellyn made sure the one issue with the truck was fixed and ready for me to take home to Colorado. Thank you for a great experience!

Have been here for almost 3 hours now with an oil change and was never told there was a long wait. I also asked the receptionist to find out how much longer and she said she would find out and never got back to me. That was half an hour ago and still no word. Not to happy with this place today

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and wash. Was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After a 2 1/2 hour wait my vehicle was returned not washed. Service managers only excuse was he was shorthanded that day. I will remember that next time I purchase a vehicle.

filled out all of paperwork including credit application online they called abd told them i wanted the suv and he could deliver it he said no we had to come in tommorrow and fill out paper work even though he had our information we called that morning and was told to come in we did so his manager sold it to someone in the time we were driving there so they keep us sitting around for hours before they told us his managers sold it gabrelle connorton and these sales team would not even make as it walmart as greeters cause all t... read more

The collision Center worked on the entire left side of my 2002 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Yellow. It was pretty smashed up, and the original paint had fading due to being a 14 year old car. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the repairs. Their team is unmatched in quality. If you have a dent, scratch, or accident take your car to Austin in the Collision center. I went to pick up a van that my company had paid cash for, when I go there we went to the first dealership and they just stood around talking and did't want to help us. When we finally spoke with someone about the van they sent us to the used car dealership. The salesman we had been dealing with was very rude to me on the phone and when I got there he would not come out of the office and just kept looking at me over the computer and sent someone else out to get the van. I was trying to buy a Chevy Colorado and I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge my existence. There were no other customers there and after 10 minutes I went up to a group of salesmen standing around talking to each other and asked for a test drive. Was told the Colorados were around back and to wait a minute. 15 minutes later this salesperson was still standing around talking so I walked out.
