Bought a preowned car and had to wait five hours for finance dept to process paperwork. They said they would mail us our copies. Two months later, still no paperwork on the car we bought, paper tags are expiring, and all calls and messages to resolve this have not been returned. In addition, we had to get the front brakes and rotors replaced 10 days after we bought it.
After dealing with this dealership for over a year with a check engine light issue, after giving the dealership over $4, 900, over 12 trips to the dealership to drop off and pick up my vehicle that I was told was fixed, we are still at square 1 with the same check engine light with the same error code and now they want $2,500 more to see "if" that will fix my error code issue. Very happy with the used 2010 Subaru Legacy GT I found at Reliable! My sales representative Brian Prosser was very helpful in getting everything taken care of for me. I live in New Mexico so had to fly in to pick up my car. Brian agreed to meet me early Monday before dealership opened at 730am to get paperwork done so I could get on the road home right away! I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Tahoe at the end of May and had an overall positive buying experience. No complaints. However, just 4 months after purchasing a $36K vehicle, I learned that I needed ALL four new tires totaling $1K. I have taken my truck there several times and bought a warranty every time I take it in I have to pay over $200 when I bought the truck they said it covered Bumper to Bumper the warranty every time I take it in they say no it doesn't cover the battery know it doesn't cover the battery cable know it doesn't cover that everything my lights are still dim every time I hit my brakes and turn the steering wheel I paid over $30,000 for my truck and every time I go in there they are very rude to me and make me wait for several hours... read more

I just had an excellent experience with them. David Barreto was my salesman. He was extremely courteous and showed me all the operations in the car which was an Impala LT.
